My experience was non-stressful.

I brought my car in for regular maintenance. My experience at Oxford Doge dealing with Mike Summerfield was excellent. Mike was extremely busy but he made the time to explain. I would certainly recommend dealing with Mike to anyone .

From our first visit to Oxford Dodge to the day we picked up our new dodge journey, Craig went above and beyond our expectations. My husband and I didn't know exactly what type of vehicle we were looking for this time around. Craig worked with us through the decision making process. He didn't pressure us into anything we weren't comfortable with and we ended up with the perfect vehicle for us. This was the 2nd vehicle we have purchased from Craig and I know it won't be the last.

Craig was able to locate the van I wanted with all the options and price I was looking for. He's not a pushy salesman, and talks to you with respect. Its difficult to find a sales rep that will talk to the woman buying. Most will only deal with the husband. I would highly recommend Craig to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I felt very comfortable the minute I walked into the dealership. I didn't feel pressured to make any quick decisions, I was given time to consider my options. When I did make my decision, Wayne listened to me and found exactly what I was looking for. I would highly recommend him to anyone, he's friendly, professional and thorough. It was a pleasure doing business with him. Oh, and I love my Jeep!!

Wayne and the rest of the staff were relatively honest. More so than anywhere else I attended. They were definitely patient with me and did what they could to accommodate me. Andrea's help with insurance was a huge benefit. I hope to receive the same treatment in the future if I have any issues with my purchase and if so then I will be coming back to see him/Oxford Dodge for my next purchase. Thank you all for your hospitality.

not impressed with their "follow up" service

after last post I received a phone message telling me they wanted to talk about my tire rotation concern and they would call me back first thing Monday morning - that was 2 weeks ago.
