Cris was very helpful in showing me a variety of Grand Cherokees. upon purchasing my car, he did a good job explaining all the features. Enjoyable to deal with and professional.

2014 Dodge Journey Limited - we love it!

We had been to quite a few dealerships looking at vehicles. When we came to Oxford Dodge we were greeted warmly by Scott but he was not pushy. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Mike in financing was great! We would definitely purchase from Oxford Dodge in the future!

Darryl has been very respectful, kept us updated regarding our car needs,and had the job completed in the time he stated. Darryl has always been very accommodating and honest. Because of the way he has handled our work over the years,we were so impressed that a couple of years ago, l even phoned Chrysler in Windsor to compliment the way he has dealt with us over the many years we have been dealing with him. We know we could probably find a less expensive place to take our business but because we feel we can TRUST Darryl, we will continue to bring our business to Oxford Chrysler. We would like to also state, We are neither relatives, close friends or have ever met Darryl other than at the dealership.

I purchased a used 2012 GMC 2500 series 4X4 pick-up (8300 km) in October 2012. Deb Mills Beauchamp was instrumental in arranging the deal. Deb and I communicated via email numerous times. Her patience, understanding and honesty was well received. After Deb left Wayne Crisp finalized the deal. He saved me a trip to London by arranging to have the truck delivered mid way to Pembroke. It was much appreciated. The truck was meticulously clean and enough fuel to get to Pembroke. It was a very positive experience dealing with Oxford Dodge.

I came in for my regular oil change. The young man at the desk was very professional and pleasant. The young lady that was there that day was also wonderful. Your business is very lucky to have such great staff who represent Oxford Dodge in such a professional way. I have never had a bad experience at your dealership and never hesitate to refer the dealership to family and friends. Small things count so much to make a customer happy. I had the vehicle in for electrical issues, updates and servicing. Norm handled all of my issues in a very friendly manner. He made me feel very comfortable with the service department and researched resolves for my problems before the technicians took my vehicle away. I feel the service writers should be more familiar with the makes and models of vehicles that they book in for repairs. Norm mentioned he had not had a lot of experience with the Chrysler .

Craig paid attention to what we were looking for in a new car. Gave us options to consider but kept the option within our parameters. Craig had been recommended to us by our son in law who had been dealing with Craig for a few years. We were satisfied with the service we received

When we first met Craig Herron in January, we were in the middle of a very bad week with vehicle problems. We wanted to purchase a new Dodge Caravan,this vehicle matched our need of space for a pediatric stroller. Craig was the best,he was very courteous,.friendly,accommodating and trustworthy. My wife and I have bought four new cars from Oxford Dodge. Wayne was very professional and looked after all our needs. After you buy your car from Oxford that is not the end. The service department is second to none. From shuttle service to free car wash when you take it in for service to quick lube to get you on your way quickly. Service advisers are very helpful and knowledgeable. And the office staff also are very helpful and efficient. Keep up the good work. Paul.
