OVER THE TOP Best Ever Experience

In mid January 2018 I started my search for a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan and was indeed fortunate to be introduced to Robert Tiedemann, Sales and Leasing. Robert is knowledgeable, friendly and was extremely patient with my many questions. He took the time to understand my needs and the options on my tick list. I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. Twice when I came back I watched him perform like a seasoned conductor between two different customers all the while advising me when we could chat. January 17th we signed the deal for my White 2017 Dodge Caravan. I picked it up on Friday January 20th. On January 23rd after a weekend of driving and showing off my new wheels I returned to the dealership to ask Robert about a couple of things. Robert arranged for the vehicle to be looked at looked at, then discussed the issues with me advising the "fix" would be a couple of days as a part had to be ordered. I had many previous commitments so Robert arranged for a loaner. Robert them seamlessly handed me over to Lori Dale, Assistant Service Manager. Lori is an Exemplary Representative for the Oxford Dodge Team. Her knowledge and positive attitude was evident in each of our interactions. Lori followed up daily with a touch base call keeping me in the loop. Sometimes the news was not what I expected but the confidence in her voice was very reassuring that the outcome would be as promised. Lori's comments of “leave it with me” when I had a question (and I had many) had a reassuring tone. I could not be happier with my recent experience at Oxford Dodge Chrysler. Thankyou to Robert and Lori for making my experience a positive one. Congratulations to the management team and the ownership of Oxford Dodge who have created a workplace environment that encourages Team members like Robert and Lori to do what they do with a smile. it took two hours thirty minutes just to change four wheels already on rims.i had the body shop check out my drivers door for a small dint,that took one hour for a two minute job

Winter Tire Swap

My overall experience was excellent, but....one point of customer service note: When I came to pick up my vehicle at 4:00 pm, I entered the door in front of the service bays and I found myself in the showroom. I then found my way to the reception area. I did not know which customer service counter to approach so I walked up to the west side of the reception area. There were more than 12 individuals working behind the counter. After 3-4 minutes, when no one asked if I needed help, I figured I was in the wrong spot so I went to the north counter in the same reception area. Again no one asked if I needed help. I went back to the west counter...and finally someone asked if I had been helped. This person thought that someone else was helping me. As my invoice was being processed, she thought that yet another person was getting my invoice. Again, I was waiting. I felt that things were a bit unorganized. I did not have this experience at the old location. Perhaps the customer service process is still working itself out. Thank you for your time.

Bad Experience

On Thursday April 12th I attended for a pre booked appointment to have the winter tires from my vehiicle swapped out. As a shift worker I dropped my car off at 7:00am and left instructions with the advisor I would be sleeping and not answering the phone. I also requested that the shuttle driver pick me up at 4:30pm to pick the car up. Upon waking I noted several missed calls from Oxford Dodge. No messages left!!! As I was getting ready to go the shuttle driver arrived too early at approx 4:10 and said your advisor can’t get ahold of you do you still need a ride? I then left with the driver to the dealership and was informed the job was not completed as several lug nuts were missing for the set of summer tires. As I have entrusted you for the last several years to swap and store where you take off the tires and lug nuts that i lost them. So I paid for a job not completed and have to purchase 4 new lug nuts and return to have a tire swapped. If a message had been left the matter would have dealt with where I could have communicated that your service department order the required parts and kept the car another day to complete the job. This is frustrating because the year prior I had to replace lug nuts for my van that is also serviced at the dealership. As a long time customer of your dealership I am finding you are getting away from the reasons I chose the dealership in the first place. Thank you.

The service appointment started off poorly but ended well.

The person at the check in desk knew nothing about my vehicle and the extended warranties I had purchased. She questioned if I had bought the vehicle as a low mileage van and then questioned why the mileage was already at 10 000 km. I bought this van, from you, new, in August, 2017 so I was a bit mystified by these comments. However, when I picked up the van warranties had been accessed and check out and garage staff were polite and kind.
