We purchased a vehicle from Brantford Honda from quite a ways out of town. A few years later, we had an issue that required Dealership Service support to get it covered by Honda Plus. Our local dealership was absolutely no help; however, Steve and his team stepped up and got the warranty service approved and completed. It speaks a lot when a Dealership stands beind their clients. My wife and I recently purchased a new 2024 Honda CRV from Brantford Honda. The entire experience was a great one. Hayden the salesperson and Krista in finance were exceptional to deal with. We highly recommend this dealership.

Just picked up my new beautiful Honda CRV Sport. Stephanie was my salesperson and she was amazing! Very welcoming, patient, professional, personable and a great person overall. Explained everything and even helped me set up all the features I wanted on the vehicle entertainment screen. I received a very nice gift on top of it all. Krista was my finance person and she is just as great. This was the best vehicle purchase experience I have had thus far! Anyone that is looking for a great car and great service go to Brantford Honda! ❣️

Was recently searching for a new car, and was working directly with Ryan Stroud at Brantford Honda. Ryan went out of his way whatever way he could, even if that meant coming in early for his shift to meet my needs. He was very accommodating, easy to work with and has a very welcoming personality. On top of all that he was very knowledgeable about the cars he was selling and was able to answer my questions without having to ask another person or reference any materials. When asking about different financing options or prices, he was quick to provide the information asked for and made the process very easy to work with. Thank you Ryan for your great customer service.

Had an issue with my key which they immediately fixed, providing awesome friendly service. Fob repaired, new battery, and no charge. That is the way to win my future service. Excellent job Brantford Honda!
