I wasnt happy at all with the charges.

Way too expensive. I was told one hing when I arrived it was totally not that at all.

I have had regular service and warranty work done on my E350 and was always treated with respect and friendly staff. The work was done perfectly and on time. And when picking up my vehicle it was cleaned inside and out...The Best or Nothing. A motto that can only stand true for a Mercedes Benz and the Saskatoon dealership and Staff.

For the 2nd time in 30 days my engine light issue was taken care of. Staff is so friendly that the light decided to come back on for a 3rd time in 60 or so days. My appointment is on Aug. 11

Mercedes Benz of Saskatoon provide a professional service, my experience was not without it's glitches but the service from all staff was faultless. Well worth the wait I love love love my car!

I purchased a C300 with Jennifer's assistance, she has a great knowledge of the vehicle features and having owned an E320 for 14 years I thought I knew it all. Not even close to the truth may have to get short tutorial on a couple of items later after dealing with the manual.

Very knowledgeable, gets done what is requested, gives an answer or is able to get one as requested. I feel she was working for me and enjoyed the experience given to me and then my wife after delivery
