Professional, thorough, very knowledgable.

I went in looking for a used vehicle. I was taken for a test drive with a great sales associate who answered all of my questions and told me everything there was to know about the vehicle. After the test drive we I took the vehicle to pick up my wife and we agreed it was the right vehicle for us. The sales associate made it very easy to complete the financing and took very good care of us as did everybody else At Mercedes.

I knew I would love the car, it's a Benz... The level of knowledge, professionalism and customer service was what made the experience that much more enjoyable. Jennifer was my Sales Professional. There was no pressure, she listened and understood what I wanted and helped make it happen. The rest of the people in the dealership made me feel welcomed and comfortable. A few extra little touches that set the experience apart from other vehicle purchases. Likely my first Benz purchase of many. Thank you.
