I am a first time Benz owner. A previously loved one at that. The whole team @Benz Saskatoon has treated me with some of the best customer service I have ever experienced in any industry. Fast, Friendly, Quality service from all sides in all departments. Every time I get to visit it feels like I am visiting friends. Everyone takes the time to learn your name and is there to provide anything you need. This dealership lives up to and beyond everything that Mercedes- Benz stands for. Thank you to the team and all of the Vaughn Wyant Auto Group your are truly Brand Ambassadors. Benz is lucky to have you to carry their products.

Service for warranty

The service dept. has improved immensely in the last 6 months. They are prompt to answer the phone and reply to queries. They are knowledgeable about the vehicle and are on top of keeping up to date on the vehicle progress. When i had an unexpected issue with the car that was a warranty issue they went out of the way to get my vehicle back on the road asap and offered a vehicle for me to drive during this time period. The technical service has always been great but now the customer service dept has now stepped up and are providing exemplary customer service. One suggestion is: when the service is completed i would like to be notified so that i can come and pick up my car. Sometimes i have had to call to see if it is ready. This did not occur with my most recent service but it has in the past. Thank you very much.
