I purchases a 2016 Sorento with a car starter installed as part of the package. Car starter installed but doesn’t preform as wanted. Precious (2013) Sorento’s car-starter disengaged when brake pressed. No manual was given and front desk staff gave incorrect instr on how to use. Was in shop for 3 hours because vehicle would not start with instructions given. Now it starts, but shuts off when I press the brake. No solution, just excuses. I was told that this is how it is, it is a safety feature. I now have to start the vehicle twice, putting added stress on the ignition not to mention the extra gas I will be using. The vehicle came with a moonroof. It was broken when purchased. Because I waited 2+ weeks for parts, I was Promised the vehicle would be completely detailed & full tank of gas for waiting for parts needed upon purchase. I was given the run around. The previous owner either lived on a dirt road or went 4x4ing just before trading it in. There was dirt & dust in all door hinges including the hatch. Today I thought it was going to be detailed. All that was done was the hinges were cleaned. I accidentally spilt coffee on the console and that wasn’t even cleaned. The salesman said he would clean it when we return to the dealership. I was so unimpressed with the outcome of the car starter and the noticeable lack of “detailing” that I said don’t bother, I will do it myself. I don’t think KIA should offer a car starter that is not compatible with your vehicles, because that is what I was told “it’s a KIA thing”. I hate salesmen to begin with because they are pushy. I really hate liars. From now on all additions will be in writing. I love my Sorento, I do not like the service. The run around I got made me feel used. I am very disappointed. I now have to pay to have my vehicle detailed properly and research whether the car starter can be programmed properly. Too bad!

Everyone in Kia are very helpful and i feel good about bringing my vehicle to Kia. I did not like the way the other building that does the cleaning and such. They didnt clean very well. But Bill made sure they did it again. I appreciate how well they take care of my vehicle.
