Finally a pleasure to purchase a car. Both Jason and Rick are actually normal people not annoying dealership salesmen. Both went above and beyond to make things work smoothly and very efficiently. THank you guys.

I'm from Ottawa, and was helping my mom who lives in Sudbury shop for a car. I was extremely surprised to hear that they would not be undersold by dealers in Ottawa (where there are 10+ dealerships in the city and surrounding area). My mom and I worked with Ellis Boucher for this purchase. He went above and beyond to make this purchase go smooth. He was extremely patient in explaining all the features on the Civic EX-T both before the test drive, and again when she picked up the car at the dealership. Although I'm sure all the salespeople are great there, I would definitely push you towards Ellis if you want to feel like your time is valued and you are appreciated. Top notch dealership!

We have owned 3 different vehicles. Purchased from here. We own a 2015 Honda Pilot Touring and we have had nothing be issues since March and it was purchased in October 2015. Its been for body work 3 times (between fender rubbing door and roof) and has had the sun roof replaced 3 if not 4 times...., id have to check to be certain. My vehicle wasnt cleaned after the body work. Ive driven prob 3 demos because apparently I cant get a rental?! The drive shaft had to be replaced after months of owning it. I cant get a hold of anyone when I call. When I do talk to someone no one knows whats going on. We loved our 2 other vehicles and the service (because we hardly needed it) the sales men are awesome. Service has bad comunication. My sunroof is messed again along with a really bad paint job! and once again my gsp and tv. We also purchased a camper from Pallidino and have never had issues. What is going on here! Something is wrong with our Pilot and service isnt much help! Attached in comments are pics of our second paint job and the second time my "screens" have gone white with black lines. Which never occured on our other pilot we previously owned.

Quick Turnover, service with a smile

Jayson Ball of Palladino Honda provided a prompt service, as honest of a sales pitch that I have ever seen, and was quick to turnover the quote and deal. Come delivery day, he was courteous, friendly, and helpful to get me back on the road. The entire staff that I dealt with in fact were very friendly, and seemed happy. I usually don't see that at dealerships in the Toronto area. Thanks again! Rob.
