Not impressed with his bad excuses for unprofessional behaviours from his staff. Allows dishonest dealings from staff to fish guts stashed in my car. This man runs a shady operation.

Bought a Ford Escape that had 12 to 14 issues and nobody listened or believed me. I was forced to keep this Death trap for months. I got fed up and upset not to mention sick from stress. They were told I had a mental Illness and why. I have those texts. Anyway I went in and again was ignored. They were now wanting to fix a problem they refused too so I had it fixed! I raised my voice and this pink puffed out his chest and looked ready to tackle me! Triggered badly. He looked like a bird in mating season but I was not intimidated. Funny how when I picked up the vehicle they finally replaced the lemon with I found fish guts well stashed. This vehicle had been fixed and DETAILED! WE DO NOT EAT FISH! He knew I called him a bird and Guy Robineau told me he was being teased. Pretty good reason for the fish guts in my eyes. I cannot prove he did it put at that point I only had issues with 2 people. Then other older and female. My money as on Cody!

Fake appointments and fake promises poor customer service it was waste of time, first they are giving time slot and then denying when arriving on that time slot, will never go back for anything.

I found a part for my Honda on their website, tried to call but nobody picked the call, so I message them to callback form, but nothing happened in 36 hours. Then, I drove to the shop directly, asked for a part, they said that I have to wait several days for it and price will be 90$, while on a website it’s 60$. I’ve ordered by the website and part came the next day for a 60$ to the shop.
