Pretty good experience overall. A bit of confusion at the greeting between the two desks. Makes for a slightly awkward greeting process.

Amazing support. Brian provided phenomenal information about our desired vehicle and he was always available and only a call or text away whenever we needed him. The dealership and its employees truly make you feel valued and that they appreciate your business. We will definately buy our next car from Brian and Ontario Motor Sales.

Both cars needed oil changes plus winter tires changed over. One car had a recall that needed to be addressed and the other required the drive clean certificate. Everything was completed on times. And, we took advantage of that great pick up and drop off service for your car. Everyone is respectful, courteous and professional. A great organization!

Mr. Turner is always bright, cheerful and courteous. When I take my vehicle to OMS for service and or repairs John always advises me of the costs involved prior to any work being started. In addition to that if anything appears that may need attention in the near future he advises me of such and for me to be aware and monitor the situation.

My usual service advisor John Turner was not available on the day of my appointment, so Joe Pozderec looked after me (for the first time.) I found him to be very courteous and competent and he looked after everything to my complete satisfaction. The work was completed in record time and I was on my way within an hour.

Out of town buy. First buy Internet then buy phone. Took me 3 hours to drive my trade down. A little over 1 hour with all the paper work ready to go buy a great sales person, and I was driving my dream home. Definitely buy my next car from Ontario Motor Sales.
