Great Service

The staff at Limestone provided excellent no-pressure service. They made sure the car I was buying for my daughter was in good repair - they even allowed us to have it inspected by our own mechanic. It was an excellent buying experience.

I went in to Limestone to look for a used car. Rob helped describe a couple of cars based on what I was interested in and quickly got me out for a test drive. It was a low pressure but serious sales vibe, which was good because I wanted to buy that day. I left the lot to check out some other dealerships and soon returned to buy the car I test drove at Limestone.

I was looking for a car for quite sometime and am glad that I found it at Limestone motor cars. They really look into all the details of the car they sell and make sure everything is good. Frank is very polite, professional, knowledgeable and helpful person. He went an extra mile to help me get through all the paperwork. He took care of all the concerns that I had. He didn't rush and took time to show the car to my friend on my behalf and I am very thankful to him for that. He kept his promises and made this buying experience great. I recommend Limestone cars to anyone who wants an honest dealing. Thank you Frank and Rob.

First Car Purchase

Just helped my daughter buy her first car. We visited a number of used car dealers from Toronto to Barrie. We found Frank extremely knowledgeable and he made her feel comfortable and supported as a first time buyer. I will use Limestone Motors again in the future and would recommend them to anyone.It is worth the drive to Newmarket! Thanks Frank

Excellent Service

I purchased my 2007 Honda Accord EX-L from Rob at Limestone Motors. Rob was very patient and didn't rush me to make a decision. Due to my personal timeline of when i needed to pick the car up, the alignment, which was part of the sales agreement, did not get completed. I don't live in Newmarket and didn't have time to come down and get the alignment done the week after. Rob and Frank had no issue with me having the alignment done in my city and fully reimbursed me for the bill, no questions ask. Frank followed up with me twice to make sure i was satisfied with the car and the service they provided. I would recommend Limestone Motor Cars to anyone looking for a car. I will be visiting them again when the time comes to trade up.

It's been a pleasure working with Frank and Rob and the team at Limestone, from start to finish ; there was no pressure, lots of time spent with me, in an atmosphere that felt family-like. I am so happy with my precious red 2002 Cr-v, the perfect vehicle for me at the perfect price. I was naturally a bit apprehensive about buying a used vehicle from people I didn't know but within about 5 sentences I knew Rob was the salesman for me. His low pressure upfront style made me feel comfortable. He showed me the vehicle I wanted and told me the things I wanted to know about it. Like the accident history and vehicle maintenance records, he didn't try to rush me past any step that I felt I had to take. He answered my questions with courtesy and a smile so I decided to buy from Limestone, because I felt for the first time since looking for a new to me car that the vehicle I wanted was in great condition for a price that I thought to be more than fair. A short time later during an extremely cold weather snap my car had a mechanical failure. I called limestone motors looking for answers and that's when I got a chance to talk to Frank. I told Frank the situation I was in and within the hour frank had sent out a tow truck to pick up the vehicle. He was apologetic about the situation even though he had no part in any of what happened. He assured me I'd be taken care of. I felt better, I didn't feel swindled. I felt like the people I'd bought from actually cared about the product they sold and the reputation their product gave them. When I got back to the dealership Frank had a loaner car for me to drive while mine was being fixed and it was actually a nice loaner, my car was ready in a couple of days(waiting for a part, long weekend). Long story short, the issue turned out to be a simple hose failure, likely a defective line that was put under extreme stress during extreme cold. Not a major component failure or indication of serious engine trouble. Rob and Frank made my car buying experience a positive one. Even when there was a fluke situation resulting in my car not working they didn't just say "see you later buddy, cars sold" they took the time and effort to show me my business was important to them and that they too were shocked their car had this happen so soon. They got my vehicle towed, fixed and inspected quickly and at no charge to me. I would definitely recommend limestone motors to friends, family and anyone else who would ask me if I knew a good place to buy a car. They're honest people, and honesty in business is hard to come by these days.
