Excellent experience!

Both Frank and Rob were very personable and incredibly accommodating. Car is wonderful. Frank was able to meet us in Orillia to look at our trade-in instead of us making an extra trip to Newmarket. Noticed cosmetic problem upon pick-up, part was ordered that day and was able to get it within days. Highly recommend this dealership.

From the first time looking at the vehicle, to picking it up, the experience was incredible. Frank was a great help, even agreeing, without hesitation, to fix small repairs. This was an excellent car buying experience!

We were helped by the owner Frank and his sales person Rob. Both were very professional and not pushy at all. Frank personally buys all the cars from dealership trade-ins across Ontario and usually knows the history of each car. We test drove several vehicles and came to a decision. The sticker pricing was very competitive (on the low side) of similar vehicles on other used car websites. The negotiation process was very fair and done without pressure. It was nice that we were dealing directly with the decision makers, not a sales rep that had to go back and forth with a sales manager. Prior to delivery of the vehicle, Frank/Rob noticed their were a couple of missing trim pieces. These were voluntarily replaced using original manufactures parts at no charge to us. Overall, it was a very pleasurable experience, and I would highly recommend Limestone motors friends/family and I will utilize them myself for future car buying needs.
