I can’t no longer recommend anyone doing business with this company. When we purchased our car there, they told us they are giving us free oil change for the car. We asked if it was forever, they said as long as we own the car, oil change at Dilwari (Hyundai on Hunt Club and Bank Street) will be free. Look like they were lying. This month, almost 4 years after we got the car, we are told free oil change for life actually means 20 oil changes, and that we would have to pay now. First, service at this dealership is more expansive than other place (sometimes more than the double of other Hyundai dealers). Second, they come back on their offers. Can’t be trusted. They don't deserve your business, do your wallet a service and shop around.

🚨Please read this review carefully: About a month ago, I went to this dealership for the recall of one of the Hyundai Santa Fe cars that I own, and when they delivered my car at the end of the day, I received a report from the service advisor that it was recommended that the driving belt, spark plugs, and brake fluid need to be changed and flushed. I took my car to one of the local garages and I insist and asked them to change the driving belt and spark plugs. After I received my car from the mechanic, he told me that there was no need to replace the belt and spark plugs and that they had been replaced a while ago and it is quite clear that the dealership recommended replacing them for no reason. I returned to the Hyundai dealership on august 9th for the recall on my second Santa Fe, and I talked to the service manager (Jessica) about the problem that happened during the previous visit. She told me that we will advise the customer according to the service plan, and I told her that this justification is not logical at all because you should check all the parts before any advice to the customer. Furthermore, on the second visit after I received the car, I found out that despite the recall, the rear sensor warning system is still not working and, in the description, it was written that an object blocked a sensor or sensors. I asked the service advisor to tell me the reason for not repairing the system, and he said that we requested the part, and you should come here again, and the other advisor said that the part has been changed. There was an absolute discrepancy in their claims. Finally, when I received the report, I also noticed that the report indicated the tire tread size was 9 out of 10 while my car's tires needed to be replaced. When I asked Jessica about this, she said without trusting my words that she will send the technician to measure the tread of the tires, and the technician confirmed that my tires were 5 out of 10. I also talked to the general manager of the dealership about this, and he was supposed to investigate the matter and contact me within 24 hours, but unfortunately, this has not been done so far, and I decided to write this review as a recommendation when you visit this dealership. So please don't listen to their advice with your eyes closed. As my experience has shown twice that they are not professional at all and give you wrong advice that will cost you a lot of money. So, how can you trust the report of this dealership when there are so many contradictions in their statements or they give you a wrong report. I will upload the first report plus the picture of the replac driving belt soon.

Had the pleasure of having Tran as my salesman. Tran was awesome, he wasn't pushy with wanting to sell a vehicle to me, he took the time to understand what I was looking for, price range, wants in a vehicle, etc. After that, it was a waiting game for the vehicle to come in. When it came in, Tran was there to meet me and go through everything. Tran was so excited to show me the vehicle, the features, setting up my bluelink, etc. You could just see that he enjoys what he does which is comforting. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had, everyone was so nice and helpful, Johnny was amazing with helping me get approved. This is the second time in the last few years we have purchased a vehicle from this dealership and will continue to do so in the future.

Don't Trust Their Report The Hyundai Hunt Club is trying to find something to bill you. Their report is not reliable. All they are trying to do is make more money with work that doesn't need to be done on your car. Consult your own mechanic before wasting your time and money.
