Our salesman Naz made sure the process was excellent and we were well taken care of. Very transparent. He went the extra mile and was always available for us. The used car manager Tony helped with some more technical trade-in logistics and was equally helpful. An overall great car buying experience.

I was looking for a used vehicle. Abdul (sales rep) was very forth coming, never made me feel like I was less of a customer because I wasn't buying a Kia. He let me test drive a few, he was patient, went out of his way to make sure I was a happy customer and always with a professional smile/attitude. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for Imad. Not sure what his title is. I signed my papers with him. As far knowing his product/numbers, he was professional but he lacks people skills.
