Good service although a bit longer than anticipated

Change tires from summer to winter on two vehicles and an alignment done on my Honda Civic. Had an alignment done after on my envoy there as well

This is our fourth vehicle (two Civics, a CRV and an Odyssey) we have purchased from Normand. We keep coming back because his service and Honda quality are second to none. When yo purchased a Honda product, you never have to second guess yourself.

Exciting and Pleasant Experience

Paul was friendly and knowledgeable. He listened, explained, and answered my questions and spent valuable time with me for the test drives. He indicated with enthusiasm all the safety features of the vehicle and after the purchase, he reviewed and helped me get comfortable in my new car. I felt he worked with me to get the most for my money. It was an exciting experience!

Winter Tire & Oil Change

Hi! My appointment for winter tire change & oil change went well except that the time to be completed was not correct. Agent said it would be done by 4pm or definitely by 4:30 pm and I received no call . The thing is that I was getting surgery the next morning & had to get things done including picking up my dog from the groomer about 4pm or so which I waited to do til I got my car ,of course. Also I had a huge glazed ham baking in my oven & apple crumble for the last meal I could prepare in a month as I was having knee surgery .Finally at 4:50 I called and agent said he was just doing up the paperwork so I went to get my car. As an aside, I had mentioned when I brought the car in that this was my 5th Honda bought from this dealership spanning 44 years. They used to wash my car before I picked it up & I had mentioned this. Agent said he'd get it done but it wasn't washed so I was disappointed .

I was able to drop off my vehicle at my convenience before my appointment, and pick it up after the desk closed. When I didn't get my tires back, he looked into it and explained they had been stored by mistake (previous years I had stored them, but this year, I have a place I could have stored them). Because of this mix up, he offered to keep then stored free of charge for this season! A great customer service!
