I'd like to say that I've had the WORST service from the Moncton Honda dealership. I bought a used 2012 Civic a little over a week ago, and as the salesman was handing me the keys for the first time, I asked if it had a command start in the car. He said yes. We tested it before leaving the lot, and it wouldn't work. His reply was that I should call customer service for that specific command start and have them trouble shoot it for me over the phone...That's when I started to get a bad feeling about the customer service. I haven't even left the parking lot yet and they're already brushing me off. I then called the 1-800 number for the command start, only to be told that they couldn't help trouble shoot this over the phone, that I would have to take it back to the dealership to look into it further. I called the salesman back and he said he would have service book me in for a checkup and that I should wait for their call. No call came after two days so I had to call back and book one in myself. After having service look at it they said they couldn't fix it and that it was probably a faulty command start and that I should speak to the salesman I dealt with to see if he could get Honda to absorb the cost. When I spoke to my salesman I was quickly told "No, we can't do that. It's a used car and the command start wasn't installed by us. This is considered a BONUS in the car, and we can't take responsibility for it". To me this is just horrible customer service. When you buy a car. New or used. You expect to have everything working in it. Or at least be told what's NOT working in it, so that customers can at least make the best decision before purchasing. I feel that the Moncton Honda dealership just wants to make a quick buck and after you've purchased from them, they don't care about helping you. Portland city Honda in Nova Scotia is WAY better to go to. Should have bought my car there!

He gave me a full run through of how everything inside, outside, and under the hood worked. He knew I was looking for something unique and that I hadn't quite found it on the lot, he recommended a colour that wasn't available to me and had one brought in! I LOVE it! I have owned a few Acuras, but never a Honda and I look forward to the rest of my experiences with you!

We sold our vehicle and the buyer wanted the car right away. After contacting Honda, they were quick to respond.
