What I experienced at Experience Hyundai was a commitment to excellence from a team clearly dedicated to customer service. I was warmly greeted and welcomed each time I walked through the door while making my deal. The first visit I was approached by salesman Jamie Murphy. I had come to look at a particular vehicle, but after asking me some questions about what I needed and wanted from a vehicle, he suggested that I also take a second vehicle on a test drive to compare the two. Jamie took time to demonstrate and explain key features, and happily answered all of my questions. He felt that a different vehicle than the one I came to see was better suited to my needs and offered me more features, and he was right! I did not feel pressured at any time during the process and was impressed by the patience and time offered to me. Next, sales manager Matthew Fraser was excellent to work with to discuss the various options, accessories and warranties available to me. He was very responsive to the emails I sent asking questions about the deal, and both Matthew and Jamie guided me through the best options to make to personalize my new vehicle to my needs. Finally, Andrew Arsenault in the finance office worked to get me the best financing deal and interest rate for my purchase and trade. He offered the pros and cons of each financial product, and took time to thoroughly explain every aspect so that there were no unexpected surprises. After the purchase decision was made, Jamie sent me videos of the stages of preparing the new vehicle for me on the day of pick up. I felt like my business mattered to every person I encountered in the dealership at every step of the purchasing process. I bought my vehicle a week ago, and I love my new Tucson Ultimate HEV even more every single day. With the commitment to excellence in customer service that I encountered, I already feel confident that my first service experience will be positive and hassle-free. I cannot recommend enough what it means to “Experience Hyundai” in Charlottetown.

The service department has gone out of it's way to be impolite and hostil. They will ignore customers in the service bay while discussing their weekend. They seem upset with me every time I have shown up. I cannot recommend purchasing Hyundai if you plan to have service done at this dealership.

This was my second time in a month visiting the dealership, firstly I went back in November for a safety system issue and they told me they couldn’t look at it and I had to book an appointment, which apparently was a month after. I was supposed to pick up in the evening but I never got a call or anything so I had to call and inquire about it, and they were like “oh yeah you won’t get your car till tomorrow”, you’re supposed to call me and inform me about it I wouldn’t have to call and check myself. Same warning came again after a month and went in again after waiting 2 weeks and later on they called me and said I won’t be able to pick my car up till Friday or so as they have to order a part. I asked for a loaner car till then cause it was like 3-4 days and they were like “we don’t have any and we can’t do anything about it, just have to wait”. I went in to talk to the manager but he wasn’t there. I’m left with one vehicle and have to drive back and forth to mange with a family of 4. This is not a way to deal with a customer and just tell them they have to wait. Not happy at all, also the service agents don’t really know a lot about what’s happening, more like they’re just there

Typically we have excellent communication especially with our ability to send updates and videos via mobile and regret that we dropped the ball. We will be sure to look into why there was a lack of communication in this particular case so we can remedy our methods for the future. This is typically a service we offered in the past but with the auto industries inventory struggles we have not had enough inventory to be able to continue offering this service. It’s worse place to buy car , run through a problem they know how to make you cross the warranty , especially the women judy pretty racist behaviour and attitude

The buying process itself was ok was talked into a extended warranty with the stipulations we didn't use it by 200 thousand kilometers or 6 years we could use it in store credit well low and behold we hit he 200 000 and we call now its we have to make it to 6 years which was our term so we were blatantly lied to shame in you
