Acura West was awesome!

Drew, in new cars, did a fantastic job making my purchase extremely easy. The car was everything that he said it was. They had it fully detailed and Drew delivered it to my house. Paperwork took no time as it was prepaired and in order. The entire staff was professional and accommodating. I would do business again with them in a heartbeat. You will not be disappointed!

I felt comfortable as soon as I walked into the show room. Everyone was very friendly and made my experience a true pleasure. I felt that I was given a very fair dollar for my trade in vehicle, and the price of the vehicle I was purchasing was favourable too. We purchased an MDX and were very pleased with the service. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership was helpful. There was a very relaxed atmosphere and we did not feel pressured in any way. We will definitely consider another purchase from this dealership.

RDX Purchase

Purchased a 2015 RDX using email only. It was quick and efficient and I thought a reasonable deal. However, received poor explanation of vehicle functions (and no service or warranty explanation) on pickup. Also, gas tank was empty which I didn't notice until I left. Barely made it to gas station. I thought this was thoughtless and extremely cheap. It is true that there was no discussion of "full gas tank" in the brief email sales exchange and nothing in the contract, but I would have thought the courtesy would have been extended for would I suspect was one of the easier hassle free sales of the year. In any event, it "pissed me off". I probably have 2-3 more vehicle purchases or leases left in me, but if any of these is another Acura product, it is very unlikely that I will consider this dealership. Note: this was my second RDX purchase from this dealership, and came after a very negative sales experience with a Toronto dealer who I walked out on. So Acura, your Service people are terrific, your sales people not so much.
