new vehicle

test drove and got ballpark price from different salesman on wknd. called tues and was directed to Drew so I asked for best price as we were heading to Barrie then Toronto thurs and fri and was buying and wanted to give you guys best chance because you were the first folks i talked to . he gave me a good price on phone and went to pick it up wed. upon arrival he came out of his office to greet us and introduce himself. explained everything while we filled out paperwork. he introduced us to his manager the service manager,and everyone else we met , went to parts dept and gave us our choice of Acura memento . out to the service bay where our MDX was . he covered all the options and tech and with his card told us to call him any time if we had tech questions as it does so much.he informed us how to come in for service. I found Drew to be very knowledgable and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Excellent service with courteous approach by Carmen and Jeff. Thanks Dylan for advising me on the RLX and encouraging me to remain as an Acura customer. Loving it so far. The complimentary service only makes my wife jealous as she does not have it for her MDX...

Drew made the transition to our new ILX a smooth one! We upgraded from our 2005 EL to the 2014 ILX and it was a great choice.

We experienced friendly, helpful advice when making our decision. The sales team allowed us to borrow a vehicle for 24 hours to try it in our lifestyle. When one detail wasn't quite right, Acura quickly helped us resolve it. We love driving the RDX!

Told Acura West about what was wrong or not understood about the new vehicle. Was told that because of the newness of the car that all could not be explained. Still issues still to be attended to. Hoping it will happen at its first scheduled service time. Staff was respectful and pleasant.
