Bought three cars and referred daughter and in-laws. All service carried out at the Dealership. Carmen even arranged recall service to be performed in the U.S. while on winter vacation. New car and trade-in pricing fair. My previous vehicles were BMWS. Acura for significant less cost provide equal or better value. Service at BMW doesn't come close to Acura.

Drew took care of all my questions and concerns from teh beginning and made himself available to fit my schedule. The entire staff at Acura West appear to handle themselves in a very professional manner with customer experience being very important to them.

I dropped into Acura during mid winter with my MDX covered in salt and dirt. I wanted to get it washed before went on holiday. I expected to pay for the wash. Know what? They gladly washed the car right away and did not charge me anything . Now, that is service beyond the call of duty..very professional! I will go again when necessary but will not abuse this service either. It was just so cold and grungy outside, that I did not want to wash it anywhere else.

We had an oil change and tire rotation prior to our drive down to Florida for the month of February. Appointment time was good and fast services performed. Car usage was surely appreciated as we had other business to do while car was being serviced.

Dylan not only helped me find the right vehicle, he was able to assist in providing valuable information regarding the value of my current lease. In short, I gave him a challenge based on my financial goals and he delivered. I have since recommended Dylan and Acura West to many of my friends and colleagues and I will definitely return for my next vehicle which will be my fifth from this dealership.
