They don't follow-up or return emails.Too hard to book an appointment for even simple maintenance issues.

First of all the service department had my jeep all day and didn't even give me a call to let me know what was going on with it. I brought it in because there was a banging noise and I didn't know what it was. I called the dealership when I arrived home from work that Monday at around 3:30 to find out that I needed a new engine. The gentleman didn't even explain what my options were. I was assuming that it would be covered under warranty since the Heep is only 4 years old and has 56200km on it. He was quick to tell me that it wouldn't be since I had not done any of the maintenance at a dealership. He straight out told me that its going to cost me $10000 to get my jeep fixed. I told him to just forget it and I paid over the phone the next day the inspection fee of $133.00. I took the jeep to an engine shop that was referred to me and they said that they'll have a look at it and he did and said if it's a new motor that it needs it'll cost $5300. I thought to myself, figures the dealership was going to try to rip off another customer. I have bought my past three vehicles from this dealership, my dad bought his last minivan from this same place, actually the same salesman and my inlaws bought a van there and a good friend of mine bought a Jeep there as well all through word of my mouth. i can not believe that the dealership doesn't look at things like past history and help out a repeat customer when it comes to a warranty issue. At least I could have been given a few options which I heard about after talking to the lady at the warranty office. It should have been explained to me that to officially find out if it was my fault that this engine problem occurred the engine had to be stripped and looked at more in depth. Anyways my jeep is actually just getting fixed right now and should be ready to pick up today or Monday from an engine shop close by. My next vehicle is going to be either a Yukon or a Suburban. Forget about this Jeep/Dodge/Chrysler stuff. Thanks KEITH

Service was good. Parts were not available. Although I still have not received a call as to the fact the parts are in. This was 3 months ago.

I needed the oil changed, brakes inspected and repaired accordingly. Completed the work as promised.

Parts took very long time to arrive. No information as to how long it would take. My vehicle was damaged while sitting at their location waiting for the part. No concern for the cost to me for a rental vehicle. I had to call each day to check on progress. In the three weeks waiting for the part only received two calls from service. I've been a customer for 25 years, bought or leased many vehicles ( Davidson ). Will not be returning to roadsport.

The Customer Service is great, they listen to what you want and what you looking for. repair department is excellent
