Qi Li (Chili) was great! Chili listen to what we needed and went out of his way to get us our new vehicle as quickly as possible He made sure we were happy with our purchase and provided a tutorial of the hybrid before leaving roadsport?

Sold me wrong vin number car

On my delivery day they give me wrong car with with different vin number. Stupid people. Never going back again.

The car was brought in for the timely maintenance which was done promptly. The associate was very knowledgeable, respective and keep me up to date of what had to be done. When I got my car it was not only washed, but also clean on the inside.

Waited 30 minutes since the time I paid to get my car keys.

They told me the food truck was blocking my car - it was the customer appreciation. They should’ve parked that truck where it’s not an inconvenience in the first place. And they should’ve informed me that it is the case rather than let me wait there not knowing what’s going on.
