Bert Boyer was a wonderful consultant to work with. He went above and beyond our expectations ensuring that our needs were fully met. I would not consider changing dealerships or any other vehicle branding other than Laking Toyota, the team understands working as a multi-displinary team, customer satisfaction, and 'Kaizen' continuous improvement values. Thank you, Bert! - Vivian Ip & Jerry Geneau (Reggie's Crepes)

My experience in dealing with Laking Toyota has been tremendously positive from the get go! The staff members I dealt with were very knowledgeable and accommodating in helping to meet my needs in terms of purchasing a new vehicle. I would not hesitate in recommending this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a new or used vehicle.

I have not had a good experience at Laking Toyota. I purchased extended warranty for my wifes Rav 4, every item covered is a hassle and they tell her it isn't covered (tire riddled with pin holes, paint issues, rental vehicle, read the fine print). I also had numerous regular warranty issues with it (A/C compressor replaced, transmission replaced, replaced rear diff seals three separate occasions which required a call to Toyota Canada. The service manager Heidi is not friendly or accommodating. The salesman THREW loaner keys (for a compact econobox car) at me in front of other customers when my Rav 4 transmission failed (I was hassling them because they didn't want to provide a loaner or a rental). Would highly recommend making a trip to North Bay if you are considering Toyota, better yet stick with Japanese manufactured vehicles. Toyota quality seems to be suffering since they started manufacturing in North America, and they are not great at making things right when they do go wrong.
