Jordyn was my sales rep and she was so excellent. Everything was on time, the car was beautiful and exactly what was described. It’s unfortunate that some of these reviews can bash people who have moved on - wish her nothing but the best on her new journey!

Offered 50% less on a trade in than 3 dealers down the street. Maybe because it was a sedan and they mostly turn over trucks, still felt a bit ridiculous. I would look elsewhere unless you are deadset on a new Toyota.

This is the 3rd time that I've come to talk to John Brazier about a vehicle. The first time was when my parents replaced their minivan 6 years ago. John treated my parents with respect and got them into an awesome Sienna (that they love). Then 2 years ago, I came to John because I was thinking of trading in my Crosstrek for a small pickup. John was excellent to deal with and gave me a fair price on the trade in. In the end, I decided to hold on to my car but it was great to have dealt with John. This year, I actually am trading in my Crosstrek for a small pickup and placed an order with John for a 2024 Taco. I changed my mind and ended up going with a used truck instead (at another dealership). John was very gracious when I told him and there were no issues at all backing out of the deal. I've really appreciated John's professionalism every time I've dealt with him and I'll definitely come back in a few years when I go to upgrade my current pickup!

Not only was Ed McBride a wonderful, honest and knowledgeable salesman but he also went above and beyond to make sure all my questions and concerns were met with grace, he took the time to really go into depth with everything as it was my first car and I wanted to be absolutely sure about it, I will mention that there were a few issues come pick up date, but Ed and the manager of this fine establishment went way above expectations to make everything right. If I could give more stars I definitely would, and I encourage everyone to buy a Toyota, not only are they good reliable cars but the sales team treats you with a lot of respect and kindness. thank you guys and I will definitely be seeing you again when I decide to upgrade. -Sincerely.
