Ed was amazing! He made the unpleasantness of unexpected car shopping (due to an accident) easy and even, dare I say, FUN! Thanks for all your help and we love our new Rav 4 !!! Raveena (that's her name) is a most welcome addition!

Polite sales staff. They do make themselves present when looking at what is on the lot. Informative as to which options available. Ordered a bug deflector afterwards, parts personnel plenty to speak/deal with.

Nice man to deal. Very easy to talk to and was straight forward with his answers to any questions that I had. He dealt well with finding the truck I was looking for and kept me up to date with the process.

Upon browsing the vehicles in the lot I was approached by the salesman. He asked what I was looking for and what my needs were in a vehicle. He referred me to the RAV4. He was knowledgeable and explained where the RAV4 would suit me needs and fit into the budget I had in mind when selecting a vehicle. He took the time needed to explain the financing options...leasing or financing. With all the choices available this salesman made the difference when choosing a vehicle with his knowledge of the RAV4 and his commitment to customer service.

Our Product Advisor Joel Gummeson guided and helped to manage the overall process from our first visit to the dealership. This included helping us to select the most appropriate vehicle, the test drive, the negotiations on the purchase including the trade-in value of our vehicle, the purchase of the new Rav4, and the introduction to financial staff, and ultimate delivery of the car. I am confident that Joel will continue to provide the same quality and level of customer service as we continue to drive the vehicle. Our first visit fro service and the dealing with service staff was also a positive experience.
