Overall outstanding experience with this company! Chris & Cam were extremely professional and understanding of my current financial state. I felt looked after and in good hands throughout the whole process, which took about 2 hours! I received my car the next day that was delivered to me and I couldn’t be more thankful and happy. Highly recommend!

I had a terrible experience from the start. My car came with no official paper work. I was told they would mail it a year ago. I still have yet to receive it. My car has been giving me trouble from the very start. When I contacted VLC they said they needed addition info in order to help. I gave it to them with no response from them saying the received this information. I called again and I was transferred to my dealership here in Ottawa and they said “ IF I CONTACT THEM AGAIN I WILL BE CHARGED WITH HARRASMENT” Completely unprofessional from the very start. I receommend no one ever works with these people. I will be spreading the word.

Hi Blake as discussed over the phone...you did not buy a car from VLC...if you are having issues you will need to speak to the dealer you purchased the car from. You can also reach out to the Used Car Dealers Association (1-800-268-2598) or OMVIC (416-226-4500) should you need some additional support.

These guys really helped me out! I thought I would have to wait a couple years to get myself Into my car again. They worked hard for me to get back on the road in my veloster and I am very thankful ! If you ever feel like your credit may not be good enough, these guys tell you other wise :)!!!!
