We just got a new car from VLCI and we are more than happy. The service was amazing and everything happened really quick. Miguel waited for us to pick up the vehicle even if it was late, only real businesses get out of their way to satisfy customers wants and these guys did it!Thanks again the business and their amazing staff for that experience, we will definitely be back!

My first car bought in Canada!

VLC was the third car dealership i went to and after my experience with the first two my faith in this process was slightly shattered. However Chris reassured me that we would find me a vehicle and get me driving in no time. Being new to Canada I didnt understand how important a good credit was and at the time of purchase my score wasnt the best. This was a major concern of mine whether any bank would approve the loan. Chris and Oday worked relentlessly together reaching out to several lenders and when one door closed they got another one open. The interest rate is great and the payments are affordable. The team at VLC really works for you, no matter what your financial situation is to get you in a vehicle you can afford and appreciate. This is truly a great professional environment that makes you feel welcome and gives you a 5 star service. Thanks Oday and special thanks to Chris for all the follow ups and ensuring everything is going great with me and my new car. You guys are the best!

Terrible! I’ll never deal with them or recommend them to anyone. They lie and tell you they can help you and won’t waste ur time which they actually do waste ur time. Then the guy I dealt with “stopped working there” the day after I met with him. The manager calls me and tells me he’s taking over for him and isn’t efficient then I’m passed off to a lady and yet no one can help me because of my credit when I told them in advance it wasn’t good. Now I’m waiting almost a month for the deposit I put down. They play too many games!! Unprofessional. Most terrible service ever!
