My family and I were looking for a car and after visiting a few new car locations -we felt like there was a lot of pressure for a purchase. On a whim, we stopped by That Car Place and was grateful that we did. We found the car that suited my family's need. The things that were on the top of our list was safety, dependability and at the right price! Because we have a little one, safety was our biggest concern. The salesman assured us that the cars are thoroughly checked and if there are any problems, bring it back. I've waited to write this review for a few months now just to make sure things are okay with our vehicle...I'm glad to say that we haven't had any problems with it and we love it! We are very appreciative of the patience of the salesmen from our multiple visits and their understanding that a car purchase was a very big deal for our family!...even more so, they understood our needs. I will definitely be back for another vehicle in the future!

I have updated my star rating so it doesn't reflect badly on the rest of the team it was only for Robert. That car place has done everything to resolve my problem. There is a reason for the low rating and that is for this reason. When I arrived at the lot I was greeted by Robert who at the time seemed like a good sales person. He took me out to look at several vehicles where I decided on the hyundai tucson. I was told thatI had 30 days or 1000 km to return the car with no questions asked. Which was a nice perk considering I was putting 10,000 dollars down on a vehicle so if anything happened in that time I felt comfortable in know that their was nothing wrong with the vehicle. I was also told that if i gave him a good review on google that I would receive movie tickets. So When I started having problems with my breaks and that there was a chip in my windshield on the drivers side in my view. I called Robert who told me if there was any problem to call him. He basically told me to talk to that Auto Repair Place and hung up on me, That should have been my first red flag on this guy. So after my husband mechanic friend looked at my car he told me to take it back that there was too many issues with it i was better off going to a dealership to get my car. So thats what I tried to do. I arrived at That Car Place and walked in with all the paper work on the car and Robbert looked at me and told me that I was lying and that he never said that, He stated he was only the sales person and that if i had issues I had to deal with the Auto repair place in the back. I told him I wanted to return the car i was under the 30 days and under a 1000 km so I waned him to the that car back, he wouldn't stating it was a safety issue. I went out back and spoke to a very nice man name Marc and honestly if it wasn't for him I don't think myself or my husband would have stayed as calm as we were, He told me to go and see Anya and see what she could do for us, Robert asked who we talked to and preceded to call Marc who is the same size as my husband tubby. I took great offence to this and he's lucky i didn't give him another round of what was on my mind. But before I could Marc arrived in the office and called us outside and told us he spoke to the owner and that they would fix my car, During this time Robert slithered away like the snake he is and drove past us like we couldn't see who it was. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy a car from Robert the other Sales guy there is a nice honest kid who Ive had the pleasure of speaking with a couple of times. My brother in law also bought a car from Robert and he's having problems with his too,I don't think its that car places fault that these problems have happened they have worked with me to resolve the issues of my car and i am happy with that. The problem resides with the Sales person Robert he needs to be better trained in customer service and maybe trained on company policy for returns so he's not lying to customers for a sale and to offer movie tickets for a review. Also that Auto Repair Place is wonderful and they do good work Marc and Kyle are always helpful and honest I have no worries taking my car to them because I know its in good hands. Robert gets one star 🌟

worst seller ever ... plzz never trust those people .... we went to them just bcoz of their 5 star rating & now we found them to offer a free movie ticket with positive feedback (5 star rating)... they sold a vehicle to us which has soo many issues.... & we bought this really expensive .... now they are not co-operating with us at all....

Mr. Fazal, we are disappointed to hear that you are not totally satisfied with your purchase. Even though we held up our end of the commitment and agreement. You had come into the dealership on June 21, 2017 interested in our 2011 Ford Escape with 148,000km which you had purchased then picked up on June 22, 2017. You had taken advantage of the opportunity to test drive the vehicle prior to any agreement. You were satisfied with the drive of the vehicle and felt it was the right vehicle for you. The only request you had was to have all brand new tires all around when the vehicle was to be picked up as we agreed and fulfilled your terms. The vehicle was sold safetied. You had a few concerns that were not safety related by any means but they were only cosmetic. You had all the time to look over the vehicle as you did, prior to signing any documents as well as picking up the vehicle at both times you did not have any issues or concerns. You have also signed a waiver form stating you are totally satisfied with the vehicle at the point of pickup. Even though your concerns are non safety related and the vehicle is in the same condition as you viewed it both times, and keeping in mind it is a used 7 year old vehicle with 148,000km, we have offered with open doors to address your concerns but you have declined and cancelled your scheduled appointment with the service department. As you stated, you are not willing to come back unless it is to return for a full refund. You must understand that we have done everything on our part to satisfy you and can not refund / return the vehicle for not a sufficient reason. The salesman helped you along the way and provided all the help required in your purchase. The poor fuel mileage mentioned to us is not particular to this vehicle but the fuel economy of all comparable Ford Escapes. Even though you would not accept our helping hand of solving any of your concerns, our doors will always be open in the future. Thank you
