Great experience - Kal was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The whole experience from start to finish was easy and hassle-free. I would recommend The Car Place to anyone!

Took my car to That Car Place Body shop after being involved in an accident, the manager was able to assess the damage and quoted me an affordable price took my worries away , did not need to involve my insurance company. Job was done professionally and within a reasonable time. The staff is very friendly. Thank You That Car Place!

I bought a truck from That Car Place, since the first day the brakes have been squealing and check engine lights are on all the time. I got charged over $1800.00 for a $300.00 warranty in any other dealership. I got told this warranty is already part of the price and when I decided to find out the buyout price I was surprised when it was $2000.00 more then I expected. I will never deal with this company again and I would recommend anyone who has to watch everything they say and do.

Sorry to hear you are dissatisfied with the way the deal transpired. It's never our intention neither our practice ever to sell any product without the full Consent of the customer. We have presented you not only with a bill of sale that Outlines the details of the breakdown of all charges, but in addition there is warranty Contract and on top of that there is a financing contract, all of which outlines the price Of the warranty purchase, and all of the 3 documents have your signature and Acknowledgement of all charges. Dispite of all of these proves, we would have Gladly cancel your warranty and refund you your full amount, but when you Brought this to our attention it was way beyond the grace/cancellation period of 10 days outlined by the warranty company and not by the dealership so it was not possible to accommodate your request as indicated clearly On your warranty contract. We even went to the extent to pull a favor from the Warranty company to cancel your contract, but unfortunately we were not Successful. Now as far as the cost of the warranty your information is drasticly Incorrect and we always try to exceed fair market practices in our profit margins, after all we were voted Number 1 best used car dealership in London in 2014 for simply just that.

To even have the nerve to shop for a car is very difficult. I was to many dealerships with very bad experiences, than I was recommended by a co-worker , the only place in town to buy a great used car is THAT CAR PLACE on 443 Exeter rd in London ,where 443 Exeter rd in London , WOW WOW WOW I was very pleased with the selection and the very friendly sales staff and a peace of mind as no pressure to buy at all .This will be my home for all my family and friends to buy a great used car , for many years to come. thank you Herbert Roy
