STRESS FREE!

Regan was amazing to deal with. My past experiences have been stressful and unorganized on the dealer side. This time everything was smooth and on time and it was everything I expected. I would highly recommend Regan and Prime motors to my family and friends. Regan you are a one of a kind!

Had no idea what I was looking for or what I was doing, went in on a Friday to speak to Regan and left with my new car the following Wednesday. Great staff and great deals! Very happy with my new vehicle. Would recommend prime motors to anyone!

Regan Thomson is very knowledgeable in both the finance and vehicle I purchased on Monday. Particularly impressed that he picked up a flicker of the headlamp of my car and kept it for a few more hours to have it looked at and repaired. Adam and Mark were great, they were very helpful and made the experience easy, and Darrel was very helpful and I definitely felt listened to but that has changed since Darrel left. I don't fault Adam or Mark for this issue, I fault the new service department. So, if I had to review sales they were awesome.

I've had my Nissan X Terra for about 5 mths. Like most vehicles its not uncommon to have issues. Initially they were great, fixing things they were responsible for. I've had one issue with a tire sensor since I've bought the vehicle, now they have done bandage fixes with no success, and now they have decided to abandon me and tell me it is my problem.

Just want to say that I have had a great experience purchasing my 2008 Chevy Trailblazer from Regan.He was very helpful and I really appreciate how easy the whole process was. Regan is very thorough, friendly, and made me feel very comfortable. He went above and beyond a standard salesperson to get me exactly what I wanted. The type of service I was given throughout the whole process would make anybody come back. I would recommend Regan to anybody I do and do not know personally. He did an excellent job and I really enjoyed working with Regan and I will be back for sure.!

I purchased a truck from Prime Motors; Mark did a lot to make sure my purchase was a smooth one and to ensure I was satisfied. He addressed all my concerns and questions around my purchase and made a good offer. I drove away with what I think is a great vehicle at a good price. I applied for financing online. I received a phone call about 30 minutes later. Adam found me a car in 24 hours. I got my car about a week later. Great service
