Great overall experience

They took all the steps to ensure I got into the vehicle of my choice. They made it very easy for me to purchase the vehicle and helped me every step of the way. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new used vehicle. I had a excellent experience thanks guys , Jonah was great !!!

Only cuz cant give a zero. Was ripped off by one of the former salesman. Now after owning car for a few years. Found out oil pan was not replaced. Instead they tried welding it instead of paying the 550 it now cost me. Replaced breaks an rotors within 6 months of owning it. Front headlights were replaced with the cheapest low quality lights instead instead of the proper ones. Owner did nothing to admit his wrong or try to help. Funniest part was one of his sons. I boight the car from. Will never deal with this establishment again.

Hey Joshua, Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention. We have reviewed your file, and yes, you purchased your 2007 Infiniti from us over 2 years ago, but we can not find any evidence of you coming back to our shop to let us fix any of these issues after the fact. When it comes to the vehicle, there are items that need to be replaced over time, because of normal use, and wear/tear. This is all part of regular maintenance. If there were issues with the vehicle, we would have been more than happy to help you with them. We would still appreciate the opportunity to make things right, and have your vehicle brought into our new Service Dept to have our Head Mechanic take a good look at it. Please contact us at your convenience to discuss further. Thank you.
