We purchased a 2015 Malibu. Staff spent about 4 hours with us and worked with our needs and budget. Sales and business manager covered all the details before we signed the agreement.

Excellent customer service was provided by the friendly and down to earth staff. You don't get the typical 'sales person' vibe from this team. Knowledgeable and with our best interest as their number one priority we left feeling like we made a great purchase. Definitely worth the drive from Niagara!

Henry I am sorry that we were not able to satisfy you completely. For the last 2 months you have had several minor repairs done that were not covered by warranty or safety issues. These were done as a matter of goodwill at no cost to you even though they were not an issue when you took delivery. We even rescheduled several service appointments that you missed.
