Poor service after the purchase.

After the purchase of my car within 5 months I had to pay over $600 to replace the entire exhaust. I was never told of an exhaust repair prior to purchase. The service department assured me they would do what they could to help and after two trips over there I decided I would not give you my money. I thought it was dishonest of you to not disclose the repair you did prior to sale...you put a bandaide on a problem that you knew would cost me..you repaired a hole without fixing the entire problem in order for it to pass inspection,..by YOU and what you considered a fair price to repair it was triple what other muffler places quoted me. Shame on you.

All the staff were very friendly and very helpful, even when asked to explain even the smallest of details. I traded in my old vehicle at a very reasonable price and bought a brand new one perfect for my family. From the first phone call to the exchange of keys everything went smoothly. I would recommend Race Auto Group to anyone.

I found the experience frustrating. I found I was calling for info. My car was unable to be located. When it came to financing I was told all was fine then on a weekend had to scramble to get information. I was eventually given a loaner that I am not sure should have been on the road. Once I finally took possession of the car I went on a road trip and had to stop because it was overheating. Coolant was almost empty. I currently have an appt at my own mechanics to have the tires balanced as they beging to wobble at 120km. I am also getting the brakes checked as they are squeaking and having the exhaust checked. I would never recommend Race Auto Group to anyone. That said Dawn Harvey was as helpful as she could be.

My car broke down in November, I called and nothing they could do for me. I went to a mechanic and there were many issues with the car. Since I got the car I had nothing but issues with it, long story short, I got no help! I also found out that I can't trade this car in, so I'm stuck 4 years with this car! PS it was a manufacture issue!
