I will never buy another vehicle from race auto brought a vehicle from race auto five months ago and the battery and alternator both went on vehicle and they were not willing to help with the problem. The customer service skills Was very poor When I called them to let them know the problem with the vehicle, they told me their hands are tied and there’s nothing they can do very unprofessional on a 2020 vehicle. They also knew these things were going and still decide to sell this vehicle which is very Unacceptable just wanted to sell the vehicle off their lot so they didn’t have to deal with it anymore. I will never ever buy another vehicle from them. Scott was the salesman on this vehicle been calling him no answer so people please do a check on vehicles that you buy from race auto especially if you’re a woman See you coming, they will sell you anything To make a commission sale they make it sound good that they won I’ll Bad sales Because it would come back on them, but they did exactly That on the vehicle I brought
