Mr Burt is down to earth, wonderful & patient. Experienced in his field & listens to the needs of his customer. A very pleasant experience despite Covid!

Buying a new car can be a stressful experience but, in this case, it was not. Hussein, our sales rep was terrific from start to finish. Right from our first meeting until our last, we could not have asked for better service. Great job Hussein. By the way, my wife loves her new Corolla! Geoff Walter

11/10/2020 Advisor Walter-1276 (Oakville Toyota) Every year I bring my RAV4 to Toyota Oakville for maintenance to get ready for the winter. The customer service is always fantastic (welcoming and respectful). Walter from the Service Dept. stayed in touch with me with any updates and costs. When he provided me with the updates he always had options of what I can do to help with costs. His knowledge about the vehicles and maintenance was fantastic as it helped me to make my decision. The service was fast, my vehicle was ready the next day and when I went to pick it up my vehicle was clean and washed......LOVED IT!! Thank you Walter and Toyota for the great service, it's because of your service I will always bring my vehicle to you and continue purchasing Toyota. Thank you

My wife and I have been dealing with Burt Townsend for many years and have just bought our 7th Toyota from him. Burt is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. He really cares about his customers and goes out of his way to get you the car you want. He is such a gentleman and treats you like a friend. We will only buy our cars from Burt.
