Disappointing....read the fine print....don't be surprised if you leave messages and don't have your calls returned

As a long term resident of Oakville, I try to support local businesses. I currently own five Toyotas, but likely will not be buying my Toyota at the Oakville Toyota dealer. More likely, I will go to Erin Mills Toyota. Service is better. I bought a car about a month ago, and they tried to change the terms of the agreed upon extended warranty. I complained to the head office, before they entertained honouring the original agreement. I did have questions about the fine print, have left several messages and not had my messages returned. AVOID.

A Happy customer

I picked up a new Corolla today at Oakville Toyota and I am a happy customer. I drove 2 Camry previously well over 10 years each and had the service job done there. This time, I was well looked after by Hany Azab. I am not mechanically oriented at all and he patiently explained to me about the new features of the car, etc. The whole operation was very efficient and smooth.

Attentive to all my concers. Insured quality of completed repair and suggested a further complete quality evaluation before releasing vehicle. Best Toyota Dealer... I tried 2 different Toyota Dealer in Ontario and Toyota Oakville is better than others by far (They are very Professional, attention to details is amazing and much more) Ask for George (Lease Manager) he is one of the best Lease Manager you can deal with.. Highly recommend

Burt Townsend of Oakville Toyota - professional, knowledgeable, and advocates for his customers

We recently got a 2020 Prius Prime from Oakville Toyota. Burt helped us & was fantastic. Buying a car can be stressful but Burt made it easy. We got an interest rate that worked for us & were very happy with the entire experience. One final thing that's noteworthy: Burt is a details guy. He knows his audience, learns the parameters, is great with names, and very responsive and adaptive. He remembers everything.
