Quick, easy, and painless

My overall experience in buying my vehicle at Dominion Motors was pleasant. I was greeted courteously, and shown a variety of vehicles that were in line with what I was looking for. Tom was very quick on getting me any information that I requested. The overall purchasing of the agreement was tailored to my timelines and everything went very smooth. I would recommend Tom to any of my friends or family.

Dustin was excellent - he took a situation that was stressful - the car to be delivered was not the car thought to be, he rectified the situation and provided excellent service. When the 'correct vehicle' was delivered, I would have preferred more assistance with the electronics/infotec centre systems. The manual is great but hands-on guidance is preferred, especially when the client is not teck savvy. As well, I had some additional questions regarding some of the safety features of the Encore, requested the info from the salesperson and he advised that he would get back to me. As of this survey, (Nov 22nd) I have not heard anything back..

returned to buy a vehicle after shopping in numerous places for weeks.

Bryce kept in contact with us after we expressed some interest in purchasing a vehicle. He sought out what we were looking for and we ended up purchasing a nicer model than we had planned. We are happy with our experience although there could have been some improvements on the dealers behalf. it was known that we had travelled a great distance to give our business to dominion motors and when we asked for a loaner vehicle while our new truck was being prepared, we were denied at first. then after complaining we were given a used honda civic to drive. the dealership should have some sort of vehicle fleet to accomodate customers. There was also no gift on purchase. we asked for 3 hats for our family and were given a plastic frisbee. we had to talk to a manager to get one hat.

My dealer was able to find my perfect truck out of town and had it shipped in a timely manner. Everyone at GM was helpful and courteous.

Terry is willing and able to help with every question I had. The service centre was efficient and truck was ready when the said it was going to be ready. Shuttle service drove me straight to work

mr.pigeon did not push, press or try to sell me something i didn't want. he gave me the full description of all and every product on the car lot. carefully went through all aspects of the different vehicles that i thought i might like, and when i finally settled on the terrain, went through the entire car and what it did & didn't do. at no point did i feel pressured to buy anything. at no point did he rush me or talk to me in condescending manner, like some car dealerships do with women. dealing with mr. pigeon was a complete pleasure, and one of the reasons i would never think of dealing elsewhere, and highly recommend dominion motors to my friends. this coupled with the service department and the gentlemen that work there, make dominion motors a pleasure to take my vehicle to.

I happened to be in Thunder Bay the day, I was called and told the truck I was looking for was in the lot. I went over, made the deal. Best is that the staff stayed late to my convenience as I was leaving thereafter and returning to pick up the truck in 2 weeks.
