Tom wa an excellent. Sales associate, this was the first time my husband and I had purchased a new vehicle and tom made the experience extremly enjoy full and super easy. Tom answered all our questions in ways we could actually. Understand and went beyond what we ever expected to from a sales associate. He was extremly kind and caring and helpful throughout the whole experience and we would love to do business with him again anytime, AWESOME WORK TOM, AND THANK YOU FOR MAKING THIS EXPERIENCE AWESOME FOR MY HUSBAND AND I.

We bought a new 2017 GMC Terrain Denali. On our first visit, Jordan was very pleasant, attentive and provided us with the information we needed. We returned a second time to ask more questions and based on the answers, we decided to purchase the vehicle. All interactions with staff from our decision to delivery were awesome and we are very pleased with our new vehicle.. The only point that didn't sit well with us was the fact that when we asked about possibly ordering a different colour of vehicle, the response was that the deal offered to us at the time would not be guaranteed upon delivery of a different vehicle and, in fact, we would have to renegotiate the price upon delivery of the new vehicle. We didn't understand why this should be the case as we have made deals for vehicles in the past that were not on the actual lots and upon delivery of the specific vehicle, we have not had to redo the deal. Having said this, we are extremely satisfied with the service of Jordan and this policy does not affect our rating of Jordan. We also are thoroughly enjoying our new vehicle and thank Jordan and all other staff for the great service.

Too Good To Be True

This family had a Real Bad vehicle (not GM) breakdown experience and approached Dom.Mtrs. in a panic. I'm sure they sensed this, and their primary service was to make us comfortable and not take financial advantage of our situation. There was absolutely no sales pressure and Terry did put us into the right car for the right price ! Thanks Philippe & Rita Viau

Cody was an awesome sales rep. He showed me all the ins and outs of the vehicle I knew I wanted the moment I laid eyes on it. I'm a GMC guy for life thanks to his excellent customer service.
