I just bought a 2016 Tucson. The sales rep, Jason Berry was excellent. He was knowledgeable, personable and professional without being pushy. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, well informed and appreciative of my business. I would highly recommend Murray Hyundai and especially Jason.

Top notch customer service and I have been coming here for the past 5 years. Whoever you deal with in customer service will take the time to explain any problem you may have with your car. My one criticism which would apply to any Hyundai dealer is the costs of filters for your car. Amazon cabin filter $8.87 USD while at the dealer $40.00 CDN. Were not talking quality here, just a sort of ripoff. And I will not go into the large cost difference in engine air filters.

We use Hyundai genuine OEM parts to install in our customers vehicle to make sure your vehicle performs the way it should and have the longevity at the same time. When you do come for your next service, you can also request to put an aftermarket part for your vehicle as an alternative and that will bring the cost down a little bit for you. Please keep in mind that installing an aftermarket part on your vehicle might save you some money but the quality will be inferior to the OEM genuine Hyundai parts that we usually use.
