Tow truck driver was very courteous. Amanda was trying to stay 'cool' even though there was a 'jerk' who didn't want to wait for his turn so....he broke the door on his way out. My ride home and back to Laurentian was very quick and courteous. Our Journey seems to like having an automatic battery charger.

I bought a 2016 Jeep Cherokee with a very limited time frame (24 hours! Haha). Brad was able to meet all my needs. He was very knowledgable, friendly, and honest. Since then, I have returned to the service department and have had more excellent experiences. Thanks again!

Well, our car was in for 2 weeks before we got it back and it is only 1 1/2 years old. Wondering about this survey: a) yes/no response meant initially I could only answer no as I wasn't 100% happy b) it was so long ago that for a moment I couldn't figure out what it was for. I am concerned that that interpretation of "would not recommend" was applied???? Staff were very polite, had a feeling that because we had coverage for another car that we were not at the top of anyone's list for a long time.

The customer service department was most kind and courteous but I found that their explanation of the problem with the back up camera and tail gate handle was less than factual and I tried to correct that information in subsequent emails.

The experience was OK but you need a better and more confortable environment when waiting on service for your vehicle and the service area could be more organized and clean. I'm sorry but I'm comparing you to the other dealerships I used to deal with. I love my Ram 3500. Thanks
