This so-called "Flag Ship" Mazda store is a complete joke. Worst customer service, you will probably receive if you see any positive reviews, it's probably by paid customers or paid family members of staff. From management to their garbage service department, who are the most unprofessional individuals I have ever met. I don't want to get into too much details but I will no longer take my business to this unprofessional dealership. I wish there was an option to give them a negative 10 star. Complete GARBAGE...

Buying a car from Murray Mazda was a great experience! The sales associate I worked with was Jim Philips, he was kind and answered every question I had. He was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and confident in my purchase.

Best Experience ever with JIM, got great trade in price for my RAM 1500 Great price for toyota corolla, Jim was very nice and very accommodating, Wonderful customer service , will definitely recommend to Go see JIM at MURRAY MAZDA chilliwack.

Long time customer since 2015, had gotten a quote for 5000+ dollars worth of work that supposedly needed to be done, which they did a really horrible job at explaining to me. Why not take photos of what is supposedly wrong with the vehicle in order for the customer to get a better picture of what's wrong, like other dealerships do. I took it to another shop to get a second opinion and they said there's nothing wrong with the vehicle. Sorry but I won't be going back or recommending friends to come here.
