Paid $98.88 for an oil change and didn't even get a car wash due to Covid for some reason

I only took it to Honda because of the free car wash that comes with any work done there. I could have gone to any cheaper place and paid about $70 with a coupon. I don't understand how they can drive my car in and out of the garage but not wash the exterior due to Covid. Won't be going back for oil changes from now on. The cheaper places also give you a free paper and a drink. Dropped car off night before and picked up once work completed so they may offer that as well, not sure. Young guy at desk offered to wash it himself any time I would bring it in next but I declined since it isn't his job or responsibility. Definitely appreciated the offer after the fact though

I was told when booking the service to have my winter tires put on it would only take an hour. It took three hours. Not a big deal but I would have liked to have been warned it would take that long. The dealer is not the easiest to get to and from and I live about twenty minutes away. Other than that the service was good. Friendly staff etc

My tire change went well, took my car in right away, and received a phone call maybe 40mins later that it was ready for pick up. I was told I would be unable to wait in the waiting room, so had made arrangements to be picked up when I got back to Honda their were people waiting which did not make me happy as it was a lot of switching around for my ride to leave and come back.

I bought a 2017 cvr honda from winnipeg honda I was very pleased with the attention and service I received from Alana Verhaeghe.She treated us with respect and was very knowledgeable. She even told us different places to go and eat and gave us a nice vehicle to use while our new car was being serviced It was late when we got back and I had to get insurance and she waited for us to get back even the dealership was closing. We have recommended Alana to our friends for future purchases. p.s. She is very very easy on the eyes. Worth the trip Doug and Phyllis Bartlett

Nothing but good things to say about Winnipeg Honda. Andy Chan is a great sales guy, no pressure, great communication and goes the extra mile every time. Have and would continue to send others to him. The whole Winnipeg Honda team is great. Finance guy Norman is also super! Honest, sincere and upfront with everyone.
