very poor. we went there to buy our first car,we were told us the price we were paying and things we will be getting a day back when we first visited the store.The next day when we actually went to buy the car the salesperson over there denied all the facts and quoted a higher price at a higher rate of interest. i forgot his name, i think honda guy was written on his office door. He was super rude and even told us to compare all the 7 dealers across across the province to get a better deal. finally we had to go to other side of the city on crown honda,the staff over there was all opposite than here.we actually got the car at the price they quoted with excellent customer service

I went to have a low suspension issue and found out I was not made aware of a service bulletin sent out in 2008 to fix issue. Instead of letting a technician diagnose I was told I have excessive weight in trunk. After removing 25 lb sub, 20 lb breakdown prep box and 2 laundry detergents I had a greeter doing "finger measuring tests" on clearance between top of tire and wheel well. Finger Measuring tests in a day where technology is so advanced. Come on Winnipeg Honda, get it together and try doing the professional thing instead and diagnosing the issue properly and not have fear of accountability. re: 06-08 control arm factory defect that causes excessive tire wear, no recall but service bulletin sent to correct while customer pays without even knowing of issue. Dealt with them twice now and it was a great experience both times. The people there are easy to talk to and are there to help you get what you want or need. They will go the distance for you. Will be going to them in the future! A big thanks to Michael and Andy it was much appreciated
