Anil was so great to deal with. We were in the market for a new car after our former vehicle was written off. We ended up choosing a 2013 Honda Accord EX-L. There were some delays with MPI and Anil and Honda were so accommodating ensuring that we still had a vehicle to drive while waiting for the new Accord to arrive. There was no pressure involved in the sale and he listened to our needs and responded accordingly. Anytime I called, Anil answered my messages so promptly. If he didn't know the answer to some of our questions, he found the answer and responded immediately. Anil spent a lot of time showing us all the "ins and outs" of the vehicle when it arrived so that we were comfortable with all the gadgets before driving it. We have had the car for a month now and absolutely love it. We are so happy with the service (and after sale service) we received from Anil, that we are looking for a second vehicle and will definitely deal with him again. Thanks for the great service.

I wanted to trade in my 2006 Ford F150 for a Honda Civic of similar value, I understand that the dealership needs to make money and I am ok with that but when they came back with a value of $1100.00 for my average to good condition 4 X 4 truck, I could not believe what I was hearing. I did some searching and found out that this truck would sell for around $7000.00 to $7500.00 at Adesa auction (this is where dealers by some of thier used vehicles) and when I looked on Kijiji and Auto Trader, this truck goes for anywhere from $10 000.00 to $11 500.00. I honestly thought the manager had accidentally forgot to put a zero on the end of his $1100.00 appraisal. I went to another Honda dealer on Regent and they were very fair in thier appraisal. I will always appreciate that businesses have to make money but I don't appreciate when a company tries to screw a potential faithful customer out of thousands and thousands of dollars. I will eventually sell or trade my vehicle for a civic to one of the other honest and respectful dealerships in Winnpeg, it just won't be at Winnipeg (bend you over) Honda or any of the dealerships connected to them and I urge you to do the same. Really!!!, SHAME ON YOU Winnipeg Honda.

We purchased a 2010 Honda CRV through James Cracknell and were very impressed with the service he gave us. I called ahead to see if the vehicle was still in stock. James had the vehicle washed and ready for our test drive when we arrived. We found James to be genuinely personable and informative. As we purchased our vehicle late in the day, there was insufficient time to detail the vehicle. James was willing to deliver the vehicle to us which is a distance of 90 kms. I had planned to be in Winnipeg a week later so the detail was completed then and James let me use his own personal vehicle as all dealer plates were in use. I will recommend James to my family and friends. He is an exceptional Sales Person. Thank you James

I went there to fix my buddy's car - steering wheel rod.... I was attended by Julian at the service desk... He had checked the car and gave estimates quickly and also discussed alternatives.... This was the first car my fiance and I have purchased from a car dealership. We did our homework and shopped around and Winnipeg Honda was without a doubt the best dealership we dealt with. We live out of town so I had to chat with James Cracknell over the phone many times before we visited the dealership. He was very informative, friendly, and passionate about his work. He seemed like a very genuine person. He asked a lot of questions, was interested in what we had to say and was very easy to talk to. The test drive went great, James knew everything there was to know about the vehicle. Afterwards he offered us beverages and made us feel very comfortable. We then dealt with Elvis Balkissoon, the business manager, who went over all the financing and technical things. He was very funny, kept things light and didn't make us feel intimidated. Once we signed all the papers and everything was done, James went above and beyond what a salesman needs to do and bought us a congratulatory cake knowing this was a big year for us (this was our first car together and we were getting married very soon). To make sure we didn't feel out of place the next time we would visit, he called all the Winnipeg Honda staff over to introduce us. They also congratulated us on our new vehicle and our upcoming wedding. James, Elvis and the Winnipeg Honda staff gave us the best customer service we've ever received. We highly recommend that if you plan on buying a vehicle, to talk to James and buy from Winnipeg Honda. They have definitely gained a lifetime customer in us.

I really enjoyed dealing with Andy. He was very professional, courteous and responsive. He responded to my initial e-mail inquiry within two minutes and from there everything went smoothly. I would go back and deal with Andy any time and I will be refering friends and neighbours to him and Winnnipeg Honda.
