I have purchased (and serviced) my last three vehicles from Stop 23, and recently had the pleasure of watching my daughter purchase her first car from there as well. Chad Werth always makes time for us, and if what we're looking for isn't currently on the lot, he finds it. Exceptional customer service from the entire team at Stop 23.

We were looking for a new (to us) RAM 2500 diesel farm truck. Bill Watson was super accommodating in doing the sale remotely as we live in the Ottawa Valley, using facetime to show us the vehicle, had it completely checked out and arranging for us to meet his driver in Kingston to save us having to go to Listowell. Great price, great service on a great vehicle, doesn't get any better than that! Truck is so well detailed that everyone thinks it is new and not a 2020!

Purchased a "New to Me Ram" 2500 from Stop 23. There was a minor electronics issue and Bill and the Service Manager Justin went above and beyond to listen and correct the issue at hand. I've purchased quite a few vehicles in my lifetime and the Stop 23 Team and Dealership is by far the best Dealership I have ever encountered. I highly recommend this dealership....and yes I am a real customer.

I bought a used Silverado from Stop 23 and they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Both the sales team and mechanic department were the most friendly and polite people I've ever met at a dealership. Felt like I bought a brand new truck.

Chad was a pleasure to deal with. There were no pressure tactics put on us. We knew what kind of vehicle we were looking for and Chad was very informative and professional. He was very knowledgeable in explaining all of the bells and whistles and how to apply them. We are extremely happy with our vehicle and will return here again. We would highly recommend Chad and Stop 23.

Our car bit the dust & we decided we would purchase an EV this time. However, for many weeks we were stymied with local dealerships in the GTA. Either their EV's were sold before they could remove them from their websites or their used vehicles were overpriced. At last, we found a listing in Listowel, On at Stop23. After contacting Chad Werth with all our questions & concerns, which were immediately and professionally handled, we left T.O. to pick up our dream car. When a minor issue with charging occurred back home, the dealership's after sales service was priceless. Their support was amazing & I highly recommend taking the drive to Listowel to visit them!
