Poor communication

Poor communication on the day when going to pick up my vehicle. Felt bullied when I had to pick up the car by my sales man . Gave me little to no gas to get back to Kitcherner. My family has spent lots of money at your dealership buying now 4 vehicle s. Never again sorry to say

Dealt with Chad at Stop 23. Very professional. Came in on his day off to assist me with my schedule. Did my research and Stop 23 had the best prices around with low KM vehicles. No pressure and purchased a truck. Very satisfied with the professionalism and customer service.
