I bought a vehicle with Orangeville motors which stop 23 owns, they sold me a $ 4000 warranty and told me if I never put a claim in I would receive cash back . After 7years and almost 20000km I called nationwide warranty and was told that’s not the warranty I purchased. Called stop 23 multiple times and spoke to Bill the manager about this matter and he told me he has to find the contract and months went by I kept calling about this wouldn’t call me back ! I paid for small repairs not to use my warranty because of the cash back I was sold on and this dealer (Bill) basically wiped his hands and said we don’t sell that warranty anymore I feel like I’ve been scammed .
