Ben was good, Jason was not

Went and shopped for a vehicle found one that was reasonably priced but as is, ended up taking the car however on the test drive there was issues addressed that I believed would be fixed - once papers were signed they only honoured one safety issue with the vehicle and backed out on fixing the other issue just offered a cheap way out. Ben was very great to deal with however Jason was not.

Sorry you feel this way Chris. Perhaps we didn't fully explain the As Is Warranty status with your car when you purchased it. I'm glad we were still able to look after the mechanical issue even though the CD player wasn't covered.

I was told I would be contacted within two or 3 months on when I could trade out of my car into a truck or something at a lower interest rate haven't been contacted isn't a huge issue just confused

Sold me a $44,000 truck and now realized it has hail damage, so now it’s going to cost me more money to have it repair. Won’t be recommending to anyone

Like we had discussed, we had some light hail damage on our lot September 20th and we had scheduled to have everything repaired with our insurance company. In the excitement to get your truck ready for you quickly we forgot to properly disclose this to you. Definitely our Bad, thanks again for your understanding and letting us make it right.
