We strive to have high quality vehicles and recondition them well beyond minimum government standards. Whenever possible and reasonable we try to help out customers who have mechanical issues after purchase. Most of our customers find our extended warranty company is very helpful and can be reached at 1-800-381-2580 and the 24 hour roadside assistance is always there for you at 1-800-516-3385 or contact us directly so we can offer assistance.

Me and my wife applied for a vehicle over 3 weeks ago and it has been a terrible experience. First of I made a mistake on application which wasn't caught until they sent to the last bank.. which ok is my fault. But the lack of communication between the manager and myself had been absolutely terrible. Even after the correction of mistake still haven't heard much of anything. I had a very pleasant experience 3 years ago buying thru here. But now I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. They have no care for potential customers. I will no longer be trying to pursue any further business with this company

Last year, purchased a 2015 Toyota Prius C , and I must say it has been an absolute disaster from the start. The dealership's lack of transparency and disregard for customer satisfaction has left me regretting my decision to ever step foot onto their lot. First and foremost, the so-called "reliable" hybrid system in the Prius C that I bought turned out to be a complete lemon. Within a shockingly short period after my purchase, the hybrid battery unexpectedly died, leaving me stranded on the side of the road. To add insult to injury, the cost of replacing the defective hybrid battery was a staggering $3,700. It's outrageous that I had to bear this financial burden for a car that was marketed as dependable and efficient. I expected better from a dealership that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction. The lack of integrity and customer care is evident, and you're likely to end up with a lemon of a car and a drained bank account. Save yourself the headache and disappointment – there are plenty of other reputable dealerships out there that value their customers and stand by the quality of their vehicles.

If you would have reached out to us when this happened, we would have been able to help. We know that sometimes problems do come up after the sale, which is why we include a 3 month warranty (and offer extended warranty) on all of our vehicles that helps cover the costs if something happens. We are always happy to help our customers, but if you don’t let us know something is wrong, we can’t help solve the problem.

Worst worst and even worst

We have been there for inquiry about white Santa fe xl . They told us that its in body shop . They told us that they will do follow up within week . No calls . I called them after ten 10 day and Deanna told me that its still in body shop. After couple of days . She texted me that its sold out . I asked her how that possible . Caf is still in body shop and I have inquired almost 3 week ago. She told me somebody bought without looking .. wow . I was surprised people are spending 20k without looking at car . . More surprised when I checked their website and car is still available to buy on website . No communication No professional service They should have called me before selling to other party Car should not be on website if it sold out . Disappointed. Never buying car from Marshall
